I am recently back from Tasmania which I really enjoyed. Although I didn't meet any of the blog challenges, I did do some holiday watercolours. Here is one of Binalong Bay, a favourite spot of mine. I have included a reference photo so you can see what I was looking at.

  1. Beautiful, I love the colours in this, but why did you leave out the second rock on the top? It would look great like the pic.

I am so jealous of your trip. I will never get there, so please delight us with your paintings of such an exotic place.

  3. That is a wonderful reference picture. I love all that delicious burnt sienna on the rocks.

I do like the colours in your painting, but I would have left out the black. I would have substituted it for a nice purple to compliment the burnt sienna.. :)

So please tell us all about your holiday, what did you see and do, what was your most memorable part of the trip?
