Elephant


I drew this partly this afternoon, and this evening. It took me around 6 hours, no more. This is one of the pictures in the Drawing and Sketching Forum on Wet Canvas for this weeks drawing challenge

    I would probably get lost in all those wrinkles too!
    Might have a crack at the chimp, myself! He looks gorgeous too!;)

    Love those wrinkles, JJ!! The only part that pulls me away is the forehead though. The rest is really detailed, but the forehead isn't. He looks sooo sweet, though.

    Yes the head is less detailed. It was in the reference too. I htink this guy is a very young elephant.
