Really?? I haven't figured out how to use that stuff yet. I have tons of it...sticks, pencils, and all..but no willow charcoal. I'm working on a picture right now that basically ate my 8B pencil..and after I started, I was thinking.."Dang..I should have used charcoal for the blacks..." lol
Thanks. The second one is about the shadows of the tree on the pavement mainly. It is a local scene, just up the road a ways from there we have the market..
NICE JJ!! You're really getting good with the charcoal. Are you liking it any better now? They really do look terrific. :)

ReplyDeleteFantastic drawings JJ! Can't pick a favorite they are both great with good shading and darks and I like them both the same.
