Tiger Lilies are my favorite flower. I have wild ones planted in a lot of different areas around my home that I transplanted from an old farmhouse in the country. The colors in this look better in real life...I could not get photo shop to adjust the colors or contrasts the way they look in the original painting. This is pastel on dark gray colorfix paper. Painting Challenge
Tiger Lilies are my favorite flower. I have wild ones planted in a lot of different areas around my home that I transplanted from an old farmhouse in the country. When I was first learning to draw and paint this is what I chose to work. I sent for a seed catalog because it has page after page of Lilly, different varietys and different colors. I put a garden on a beige rug I bought at goodwill.
